Intelligent Multi-Process Flexible Production Line

This solution integrates multiple processes—including machining of mobile phone housing components, loading and unloading, cleaning, and inspection—into a fully automated industrial system, significantly boosting production efficiency. The combination of “two machine tools + one robot” makes the most of robotic capabilities. With a modular design, the system can be quickly adapted to different products. The drawer-style material hopper can hold up to five trays of materials at once, greatly extending the unmanned operation time of the unit and reducing labor requirements. As an integrated unit, it minimizes on-site construction and can be rapidly integrated with existing machine tools in existing facilities. Moreover, maintenance and repair are convenient and do not interfere with the routine servicing of the machine tools.
Application fields: Non-ferrous metal processing, the 3C industry, aluminum substrates, stainless steel, and more.
High-Precision Ceramic Machining Center

The high-precision ceramic machining center is primarily used for processing high-gloss, ceramic, glass, graphite, and other materials in the 3C industry. It features a gantry-style structural design, offering excellent rigidity and precision. The machine’s spindle adopts a high-precision permanent-magnet synchronous electric spindle with a maximum speed of 36,000 rpm. It comes standard with a 12-tool umbrella-type tool magazine and can be optionally equipped with a wireless probe for online workpiece inspection. The machine boasts an all-closed-sheet-metal enclosure design that meets environmental protection requirements and incorporates user-friendly features. It represents the ideal solution for machining operations involving small tools.
Application fields: High-gloss finishes for the 3C industry, ceramics, glass, graphite, and more.
High-speed gantry machining center

The X and Y axes of the high-speed gantry machining center are equipped with linear motors, ensuring high precision. It is primarily used for processing a wide variety of parts—including large structural components, plates, discs, housings, and molds—of medium and small sizes and weights. After the workpiece is clamped once, the machine can automatically and efficiently perform multiple processes—including milling, drilling, boring, and reaming—with high precision in continuous operation.
Application fields: aerospace, heavy machinery, locomotives, shipbuilding, power generation, printing, light and textile industries, mold manufacturing, and other manufacturing sectors.
High-Capacity Linear Guide Vertical Machining Center

The series of linear rail vertical machining centers are classic models developed to meet the demands of high-precision, high-stability, and high-power, rapid cutting for precision molds or precision parts.
Application fields: electronics, molds, machining, new energy, automotive, and more.
High-Precision Vertical Machining Center

The linear rail vertical machining center is a new-generation CNC machine tool developed by integrating the strengths of both domestic and international vertical machining products. It incorporates advanced design concepts—including ergonomics, precision manufacturing technologies, and automation technologies—and has undergone rigorous simulation calculations based on engineering mechanics, as well as prototype testing and validation. This type of machine tool is widely used in the mass production of precision parts such as plates and housings.
Application fields: electronics, molds, machining, new energy, automotive, and more.
