The study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of how enterprises under the “Doubling Plan” are performing in Xiegang Town, thereby boosting the implementation and realization of enterprise-driven innovation strategies and comprehensively advancing the construction of “Bay Area Intelligent Manufacturing New City, Quality and Ecological Xiegang.”

On the afternoon of March 14, Luo Shuhua, Chairman of the People's Congress of Xiegang Town, and Xie Runzhen, Vice Chairman, along with deputies from the Dongguan City and Xiegang Town People's Congresses and heads of relevant units in Xiegang Town, visited Harvest Star (hereinafter referred to as "our company") to gain a detailed understanding of the company's development status and the practical issues that need to be addressed.
Accompanied by Zhou Wenyuan, Chairman of our company, a delegation from the People’s Congress of Xiegang Town conducted an on-site inspection of the production, processing, and assembly workshop, the CNC power distribution workshop, and the pre-shipping testing workshop for finished products. They also gained a detailed understanding of our company’s independently developed intelligent and automated production line projects.
At the symposium, Zhou Wenyuan, Chairman of our company, presented a summary of Harvest Star's development and a report on its future development plan to the delegation from the Xiegang Town People's Congress. The deputies of the People's Congress answered on the spot one by one the difficulties and issues encountered by the enterprise in implementing its "high-quality doubling" strategy.
Finally, Chairman Luo Shuhua highly praised our company’s significant contributions to the economic development of the town and subdistrict as well as at the provincial and municipal levels. He also urged relevant departments to strengthen communication with enterprises, provide excellent service, and offer greater support, care, and assistance to businesses, helping them overcome difficulties and grow stronger. Furthermore, he encouraged NPC deputies to pay closer attention to enterprise development and work together to promote high-quality enterprise growth.
