Product Details
This machine tool employs an FEM (finite element analysis system)-based simulation and optimization design approach, comprehensively optimizing the overall rigidity of the machine and thereby enhancing its dynamic performance. The machine boasts a compact overall structure, a large working area, a small footprint, and high space utilization. The entire machine features a fixed-column, cross-slide table configuration. The machine body is equipped with an exceptionally robust base, highly rigid, wide-span V-shaped columns, ensuring stable operation without vibration or deformation even during high-speed cutting.
1. All machine tool structural components are cast from high-quality resin-sand molds and high-strength cast iron materials, and undergo a secondary annealing process to ensure high rigidity and stability of the structure.
2. The spindle and motor adopt a direct-drive design, effectively controlling noise, backlash, vibration, and other factors, thereby achieving high-quality tapping performance.
3. The three axes are equipped with precision-grade ball screws that have undergone meticulous grinding, ensuring high positioning and repeatability accuracy of the machine tool. The three-axis lead screws adopt a pre-stretching structure, effectively reducing thermal elongation of the three axes during machining. The three axes also feature precision-grade linear guide rails for rapid movement, guaranteeing precise positioning.
Precise.
4. The machine tool is equipped with a cooling system for both tools and workpieces, featuring a sufficient number of nozzles with adjustable flow rates.
5. The machine tool’s guideway protection—on the X, Y, and Z axes—utilizes large-angle herringbone-type expandable steel sheet metal guards, which effectively prevent cutting fluids and chips from entering the interior of the guard, thereby extending the service life of the lead screws and guideways. The entire machine tool is equipped with a fully enclosed protective design to prevent metal chips and coolant from splashing.
6. The ball screw assembly and the three-axis guide rails both adopt an automatic thin-oil lubrication system. The system can automatically control the amount of oil delivered, and after being divided, the lubricant is supplied to the screw and guide rail assemblies at predetermined intervals and in specified quantities.
