The profile machining center series is an automated, multi-function machining center that integrates milling, drilling, tapping, and chamfering into a single unit. This type of machine tool is suitable for processing various long-shaped profile parts made of copper, aluminum, steel, and other materials.
Product Features
This machine tool employs an FEM (finite element analysis system)-based simulation and optimization design approach, comprehensively optimizing the overall rigidity of the machine tool and thereby enhancing its dynamic performance. The machine tool features a compact overall structure, a large working area, a small footprint, and high space utilization.
The spindle and motor adopt a direct-drive design, effectively controlling noise, backlash, vibration, and other factors, thus achieving high-quality tapping performance.
The major components of the machine tool are made of high-strength inoculated cast iron produced using resin-sand molding and undergo a secondary annealing treatment, ensuring high structural rigidity and stability.
