  Product Features

  This machine tool employs an FEM (finite element analysis system)-based simulation and optimization design approach, comprehensively optimizing the overall rigidity of the machine. As a result, its dynamic machining performance has been significantly enhanced. The machine boasts a compact overall structure, a large working area, reduced footprint, and high space utilization.

  Adopting an electric spindle design effectively controls noise, backlash, vibration, and other factors, enabling high-quality tapping performance.

  The major components of the machine tool are made of high-strength inoculated cast iron produced using resin-sand molding and undergo a secondary annealing treatment to ensure high structural rigidity and stability.

  24T arm-type tool magazine, with a tool-change time of 1.9 seconds (T-T).
