The HS-UE8 machine tool employs an FEM (Finite Element Analysis System)-based simulation and optimization design approach, comprehensively optimizing the machine tool’s overall rigidity and enhancing its dynamic performance. The machine tool features a compact overall structure, a large working area, a small footprint, and high space utilization.
The machine’s structure features a fixed-column design with a cross-slide table. The machine body incorporates an extra-large, robust base and high-rigidity, wide-span H-shaped columns, ensuring stable operation at high cutting speeds without vibration or deformation.
 
1. All machine tool structural components are cast from high-quality resin-sand molds and high-strength cast iron materials, and undergo a secondary annealing process to ensure high rigidity and stability of the structure.
2. The spindle and motor adopt a direct-drive design, effectively controlling noise, backlash, vibration, and other factors, thereby achieving high-quality tapping performance.
3. The three axes are equipped with precision-grade ball screws that have undergone meticulous grinding, ensuring high positioning and repeatability accuracy for the machine tool. The three-axis lead screws feature pre-stretching. The structure effectively reduces thermal expansion in the three axes during machine tool machining.
