The series of linear rail vertical machining centers integrates the strengths of both domestic and international vertical machining products. Based on advanced design concepts—including ergonomics, precision manufacturing technology, and automation technology—and after repeated simulation calculations in engineering mechanics as well as prototype testing and verification, this new-generation CNC machine tool has been developed. High-precision spindle assembled with P4-grade bearings.
The unique oil-water separator design ensures complete separation of cutting fluid from lubricating oil, thereby extending the service life of the cutting fluid. The waste oil can be recycled, making this solution both economical and environmentally friendly.
The fully enclosed enclosure features a sheet-metal design that prevents oil mist generated during high-speed machining from affecting the workshop environment and workers’ health, meeting environmental protection requirements and embodying human-centered design principles.
