  Product Features

  High-precision spindle assembled with P4-grade bearings, capable of reaching speeds up to 12. 000 rpm.

  The unique oil-water separator design ensures complete separation of cutting fluid from lubricating oil, thereby extending the service life of the cutting fluid. The waste oil can be recycled, making this solution both economical and environmentally friendly.

  The fully enclosed enclosure features a sheet-metal design that prevents oil mist generated during high-speed machining from affecting the workshop environment and workers’ health, meeting both environmental protection requirements and ergonomic design standards.

  24T disc-type inverter tool magazine, cam-type ATC tool changer—fast tool-changing speed.

  The three-axis drive system features direct-drive transmission, C3-grade precision ball screws, and P-grade roller guides, offering high rigidity, low friction, and low noise.

  Optional equipped with a four-axis indexing table or a five-axis indexing table, it can meet customers’ diverse machining requirements.
