Its primary applications include drilling and tapping operations on non-ferrous metals, the 3C industry, aluminum substrates, stainless steel, and other materials. This series can perform both drilling and milling operations with rapid traverse speeds and high spindle speeds. The efficiency and quality of drilling and tapping processes are more than ten times higher than those of conventional machining centers, making it the ideal processing equipment for customers in industries such as 3C and telecommunications.
The graphite machining center is primarily used for processing graphite profiles. It is equipped with a specialized dust-proof and dust-removal system, including a powerful vacuum device that efficiently captures graphite dust generated during machining. The machine features a specially designed spindle and feed system that facilitates easy cleaning and effectively prevents dust contamination. It is particularly suitable for precision machining of graphite molds and similar components.
This solution integrates multiple processes—including machining of mobile phone housing components, loading and unloading, cleaning, and inspection—into a fully automated industrial system, significantly boosting production efficiency. The combination of “two machine tools + one robot” makes the most of robotic capabilities. With a modular design, the system can be quickly adapted to different products. The drawer-style material hopper can hold up to five trays of materials at once, greatly extending the unmanned operation time of the unit and reducing labor requirements. The integrated unit design minimizes on-site construction and allows for rapid integration with existing machinery in existing factory facilities. Moreover, maintenance and repair are convenient and do not interfere with the routine servicing of the machine tools.
