Accompanied by Yang Jingxin, Deputy Mayor of Xiegang Town and Secretary of the Town’s Youth League Committee; Feng Jie, Vice Secretary; Chen Shuxia, Vice Secretary; Xie Hongbo, Vice Secretary; Luo Yuhuan, Deputy Director of the Town’s Bureau of Publicity, Education, Culture, and Sports; and Luo Chenglong, Deputy Director of the Town’s Bureau of Economy, Information, and Technology, Li Yapeng, Secretary of the Municipal Youth League Committee, Yao Huifa, Head of the Organization Department of the Municipal Youth League Committee, and Comrade Chen Kaisheng from the Municipal Youth League Committee arrived at our company at 4:00 p.m. on January 12. Our company’s Deputy General Manager Tong Wei led the entire committee of the company’s general branch to welcome the inspection delegation.
Accompanied by Vice President Tong, Secretary Li first learned about the company's development history and its various honors at the company, and expressed full affirmation of Harvest Star's future sustainable development.
Subsequently, the group took their seats in the second-floor conference room, where Secretary Yang chaired the meeting. After introducing and getting to know each other, the representatives of the Harvest Star Youth League General Branch Committee delivered a detailed report on the branch’s development and conducted an analysis and summary of the future directions for the branch’s work. The report received unanimous approval from the leaders of the higher-level Youth League organization, who expressed great satisfaction with our company’s Youth League General Branch’s work and encouraged us to keep up the good work!
Next, Secretary Li had a warm and friendly conversation with the young employee representatives present. The discussion touched upon the marital and romantic status of outstanding young employees within the company, the needs of young employees regarding further education and skill enhancement, and the activities of the youth volunteer organization.
Secretary Li warmly recommended the social networking events organized by the Town Youth League Committee. Minister Yao expressed keen interest in the marital and dating status of our company’s male employees, given that men account for approximately 70% of our workforce. Secretary Li stated that in the future, they would promote the social networking events hosted by the Municipal Youth League Committee and the Town Youth League Committee through more channels, creating even more opportunities for single young employees. Deputy Director Luo also indicated that similar events would be held more frequently going forward, with the hope of providing more chances for single young men and women to connect and fostering the retention of outstanding young talent in Xiegang Town. Regarding the needs of young employees for enhancing their skills and educational qualifications, Secretary Li provided a detailed introduction to the “Dream Realization Program,” jointly organized by the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, which offers an upward career path to help the new generation of industrial workers grow and develop. Vice Secretary Feng gave a thorough overview of the youth volunteer group, enabling the young employee representatives to gain a deeper understanding of this vibrant volunteer organization.
Finally, Secretary Li, representing the Municipal Youth League Committee and the Town Youth League Committee, presented our company’s outstanding young employee representatives with generous New Year gifts and warmly shook hands and took photos with them!
