The machine tool adopts the design method of FEM (Finite Element Analysis System) simulation and optimization, which fully optimizes the overall rigidity of the machine tool and improves the dynamic performance of the machine tool. The overall structure of the machine tool is compact, the working area is large, the area is small, and the space utilization rate is high;
The main shaft and the motor are directly connected, noise, backlash, vibration, etc. can be effectively controlled, and high-quality tapping effects can be obtained;
The large parts of the machine tool are made of high-strength inoculated cast iron molded with resin sand, and the secondary annealing treatment ensures the high rigidity and high stability of the structure;
24T disc type tool magazine, tool change time is 1.9 seconds (T-T).
